Audio Typist (Part-time)

We are looking for an experienced Audio Typist who really enjoys a traditional role.

If this is you, then this opportunity with our client, could be your next move as we are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable Audio Typist to work alongside an established admin team.

Supporting the extremely busy Partner, your role will see you supporting him with both business and personal work. A fast paced and dynamic role, you'll find that this role will provide a high level of involvement and responsibility.

As an Audio Typist / Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Audio typing
Organisation and administration of diary and other related matters
Maintenance of the firm’s partners minutes and other sensitive documents
Organisation of a number of personal matters to include work on various investment properties and other business interests
Liaising with managers and other members of staff regarding meetings and related matters

Key requirements:

· Previous senior PA / EA experience

· Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm

· Strong attention to detail

· Confident and articulate manner

· Ability to work with senior staff with the ability to always show tact and diplomacy.

The salary for this role is £30-35,000 pro rata

This is a part-time role working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only.
