What You'll be Doing

Do you have a passion for cars and a love of providing great digital customer experiences? Whether it's, providing live, online product consultations to current owners, virtual tours of vehicles to prospective customers, or creating engaging and inspiring video content for websites and social media, you'll make the difference between an average or an exceptional customer experience.

Bring your natural ability to connect with people, share your enthusiasm for the product with them and facilitate their next interaction with the company. You'll host live personal virtual tours in a truly innovative Virtual Showroom to help get customers excited about the vehicle, answer their questions and then book a test drive at their local retailer of choice. You'll combine your interest in virtually marketing cool products with the opportunity to work one to one with a customer to help them find the vehicle that fits their requirements, or to help existing drivers get the most from their vehicles.

During a Typical Day, You'll
  • Confidently deliver virtual face-to-face showcases of vehicles to prospective customers, working with them to establish their needs and help them move on in their decision process
  • As a product expert, showcase detailed knowledge of vehicles
  • Identify opportunities to create sales leads for retailers
  • Answer queries from existing owners and demo how to make use of their vehicle's features
  • Create video content for use on brand websites and social media, support filming with script writing, presenting, video production and editing
  • Support the Live Tour Team Lead with daily and weekly reporting
  • Support the movement of vehicles in and out of the studio
What You Bring to the Role
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on being engaging
  • Interest in and ideally experience in creating video content for online media
  • Driving license
  • Attention to detail, including ability to develop in depth knowledge of automotive products
  • Tech savvy, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office

In this role, you will report to the Team Lead and work with a team of virtual showroom hosts. Together, you'll deliver a great customer experience through the Live Tour channel.
