Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Willing to work on shifts including late night shifts, on weekend as well as on public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.

Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate channels and follow up to ensure resolution.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions.
Continuously update knowledge base to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Provide product recommendations and guidance based on customer needs.
