Head of Deo Packaging (Complex Assemblies) & Aerosols

JOB PURPOSE

This role is a key leadership role for the deodorants category R&D team. The role is responsible for setting the strategic direction for Deodorants packaging (plastic, non plastic and PC Plastic Commitments) & Aerosols including Future Non Contact products. The role holder will also be accountable for driving functional excellence across Packaging, including driving and landing value from a digital transformation agenda within the function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Setting and delivery of the overall strategic direction for Packaging (design engineering, materials (current, recycled, novel) including non plastic for Complex Assemblies, Aerosols, Whole Body formats and Future Formats for category.

Define and deliver packaging and aerosol formulation roadmaps for key design cells beyond the scope of innovation using multivariate advanced approaches to enable development spaces to be defined.
