MealMatch AI is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team as we work to revolutionize meal planning and grocery shopping using AI technology. Please note that this position is equity-only, meaning there will be no monetary compensation or other forms of payment until we secure full funding. Our mission is to save people time, reduce food waste, and help them save money on groceries by offering personalized meal plans, smart shopping lists, and cost-effective delivery options.

You’ll Be In Charge Of:

As the Marketing Specialist at MealMatch AI, you will play a crucial role in driving our user acquisition efforts, increasing brand awareness, and building a strong community around our product. You’ll work closely with the founding team to shape the direction of our marketing strategy, particularly as we aim to onboard 5,000 pre-users before launch.

Key Responsibilities:

User Acquisition: Develop and execute campaigns to attract pre-users through social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
Brand Awareness: Create and manage content to build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across various channels.
Social Media Management: Grow and engage our social media presence across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Email Marketing: Design and manage email campaigns to keep users engaged and excited about MealMatch AI’s progress and launch.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the design and product teams to develop high-quality content such as blogs, videos, infographics, and more that showcases MealMatch AI’s value proposition.
Partnerships and Influencers: Identify and establish relationships with influencers, food bloggers, and potential strategic partners to increase our reach.

Community Building: Cultivate a community around MealMatch AI through forums, social media groups, and direct user interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns with limited resources (startup experience is a plus!).
Passionate about tech startups and a strong desire to help build something impactful from the ground up.
A self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a remote team environment.
Ability to thrive in an equity-only role, with an understanding of the long-term rewards.
