Job Description:

Simon Property Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 8 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: – Manage and oversee all live chat interactions with customers, ensuring timely and effective responses – Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and engagement through live chat – Train and supervise a team of live chat representatives, providing guidance and support as needed – Monitor chat metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes – Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels – Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management – Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner – Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed
