What you'll do:

Drive revenue growth and profitability across multiple sites
Mentor and support General Managers to achieve financial and guest satisfaction targets.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company standards.
Lead recruitment, training, and team development to build high-performing teams.
Work together with the head office support departments, to implement company initiatives and strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

A wealth of experience in a similar role, responsible for multiple restaurants (Italian style restaurant preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement
