Job Responsibilities

Monitor budget for activities and ensure cost-efficient delivery of programs.
Create promotional materials to advertise upcoming activities effectively.
Engage with local communities and schools to foster partnerships and collaborative programmes.
Evaluate the success of activities and gather participant feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Youth Work, or related field (preferred)
Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Event Planning Strong background in organizing and managing events for young people.
Staff Management Experience in leading and training teams effectively.
Interpersonal Communication Exceptional skills in communicating with teens and parents.
Creative Problem Solving Ability to devise innovative solutions for challenges.
First Aid and CPR Certification
Safeguarding Children Certification
English (Fluent)
