The Opportunity
As a Walmart Marketplace Specialist, you will be responsible for working independently to execute all aspects of daily operations under the direction of the Sr. Marketplace Manager on Walmart Seller Center to grow our portfolio of brands. The position requires someone who can act proactively and quickly, be organized, have exceptional attention to detail, think critically, and understand Walmart Seller Center inside and out to grow brands.

 


Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Walmart Seller Central account listings, pricing including audits, issue resolution, and enhancements.
Variation Family Management: Must possess deep knowledge in creating, managing, and ensuring the consistency of variation families through flat file uploads.


Analyzing existing product listings for attribute changes and updates
Audit and report account health performance and issues, submitting documentation and resolving issues with senior management guidance.
Create new product listings following Walmart policies and guidelines.
Organize, update and correct existing product listings on Walmart.
Expert in Walmart flat files for creating and updating product listings and resolving errors. Subject Matter Expert on new attributes and regular audits of catalog updates required.


Expertise in Excel, database bulk operations, and updating Walmart.
Assist in various tasks, such as solving issues with Walmart Support, resolving support cases for flat files and brand registry, ensuring proper use of flat file templates, managing and resolving Walmart account health and listing issues, and effectively communicating with Walmart Support.

 


Requirements
Proven experience in managing Walmart Seller Central accounts.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent writing and language skills.
Ability to work independently while following an overall management strategy and adapt to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.
Ability to manage multiple brands and knows how to prioritize tasks according to status.


Experience with creating Walmart listings using flat files and willing to be trained for a new role if needed and/or take on new tasks.
Must demonstrate good communication skills and collaboration with the team.
Must have a fast and stable internet connection, with backup power and internet in case of interruptions.


Proficiency in data analysis, following/improving SOPs, Microsoft Excel formatting, and communication via Teams.
Proven ability to solve business challenges.
